: Meditation for beginners
Learn to have
control of your life
Would you like to reduce stress, increase
resistance to disease, enhance stability
of the nervous system, improve the power
of concentration, tap deep into your creativity,
stabilise emotions and have greater peace
and harmony in your life?
You will learn the principles that can
help you towards a more balanced life.
In this course you will experience various
methods of meditation and guided imagery
that have powerful results!
You will also learn how to meditate,
and find out about the difference between
meditation, guided imagery, visualization
and energy balancing, as well as discover
the physical and psychological benefits
of meditation to help heal disease and bring
peace in your life.
Support meditations are being held
the first and third week of every month
at Life Motivations facility on Wednesdays
from 18h30-19h (participation is optional).
All the techniques introduced in the
course will be used, as well as new meditations
to help deepen one's practice.
